Our refund promise

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using Withdraw from contract. Enter your name, details identifying the contract or part of it, and the email address for the acknowledgment. After the confirmation step, you receive an email acknowledgment containing your declaration and the date and time it was received. Use of this function is voluntary; you may still declare your withdrawal by another permitted means.

Our voluntary promise applies to consumers and businesses: within 14 days of purchase, we refund the full purchase price without requiring a reason. Contact [email protected] using your purchase email address. Your statutory rights and any additional refund rights under the Link terms remain unaffected.

For a “Sold through Link” purchase, you can also contact Link support to request an order refund. With a Link account, select “Contact support”, then “Help with a Purchase” and the relevant “Sold through Link” order. Without a Link account, select “Contact support”, then “I have a charge from Link.com” and follow the email contact process. State if you are exercising your right of withdrawal. The payment provider refunds the original payment method. For an earlier Gumroad purchase, you can continue to contact us or Gumroad.

Contracting parties and processing

For purchases labelled “Sold through Link” at checkout, payment is processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC acts as the Merchant of Record for payment and tax processing. Cayan Oyman remains the software provider and your contact for delivery, usage rights and product support. The Link terms linked at checkout also apply to the payment transaction. For earlier Gumroad purchases, the corresponding purchase documents and activation methods remain applicable.

You may send a withdrawal declaration or refund request to us or the relevant payment provider. We will handle it or forward it as appropriate. Payment processing does not restrict your statutory rights.

Withdrawal notice for consumers

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, you must inform us (Cayan Oyman, Ramsener Straße 43, 78239 Rielasingen-Worblingen, Germany, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Delivery of digital content

Providing the licence does not affect your statutory rights or our voluntary 14-day refund promise. We do not require you to waive your right of withdrawal in order to receive the licence.

How a refund is processed

  1. Email [email protected] with your purchase email address. A reason is not required; feedback helps us improve the product.
  2. We or the payment provider initiate the refund to the original payment method.
  3. After a full refund, the usage rights from that purchase end. You may continue using the free version of the application.
